This notice explains what happens to your information when you join the pokerd waitlist. pokerd is not yet launched, so the waitlist is the only personal data we collect.

What we collect

Your email address, and the date you signed up and confirmed it.

Why we collect it

To email you when pokerd launches, and occasionally with major news about the launch. We rely on your consent to do this, which you give by joining the waitlist and confirming your email. We won't sell your email or share it with anyone for marketing.

Who stores it

The waitlist is run on Kit (ConvertKit LLC), our email provider, which stores and processes your email on our behalf. Kit may store data in the United States; transfers are covered by Kit's data processing terms. See Kit's privacy policy for details.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If pokerd doesn't launch, we'll delete the waitlist.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Under UK GDPR you can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy at pokerd dot app. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
